We are Francesca and Davide, two young people who, at a certain point in their lives, chose to leave everything behind to pursue a dream: opening IL CASHEWFICIO.

WHY DO WE DO IT?

Because we loved cheese. But we chose to stop eating it.

Despite this, we want to give everyone back the pleasure of enjoying it — in a new plant-based, authentic, and indulgent version.

Our Plant-Based "Godurie" are not just for vegans, but for anyone who loves to indulge in the pleasure of good food.

WE PACK THEM ONE BY ONE, BY HAND, AND PREPARE THEM TO REACH YOUR HOME!

HOW WE DO IT

1. We select the Cashews.

Only premium quality cashews make it into our recipes.

2. We grind them.

We create a velvety and tasty plant-based cream.

3. Fermentation and Aging

This is where the magic happens. Thanks to an innovative technique, we are able to create a product with a unique and authentic flavor.
