5) Dispatch, packaging and delivery

We dispatch to Italy via express courier. We use insulated packaging and ice/gel packs to keep the contents cool during transit.

Estimated delivery times: 24–48–72 working hours depending on the location (islands and remote areas may take longer). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as we hand the parcel over to the courier. In the event of a delay, please don’t worry – as these are plant-based products, they are less sensitive to temperature than products of animal origin. If you have any concerns, please write to us and we’ll be happy to help.

Collections: you can select “Collect from the laboratory” in Genoa; we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready (the address and opening hours are provided in the email).

Courier delays: if there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we’ll still do our best to assist you until delivery.
