Buongiorno Sandra, il pregiato è esattamente come un brie, pertanto presenta una crosta fiorita edibile con muffa, siamo noi stessi attraverso una lenta e meticolosa stagionatura a crearlo così :), spero non lo abbia buttato perchè la crosta è edibile! Ps. dove ha mandato la segnalazione?
