SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

IL BRIACO is shipped in its box, wrapped in double breathable paper with a 40-day shelf life. Once opened, keep it refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C (32°F - 39°F) and consume within 5 days.

TIP: Once opened, DO NOT store it in plastic bags. Wrap it in parchment paper (ideal) or place it in a slightly open container so it can breathe—it is a living product. By doing so, you will extend its natural shelf life!
