HERBS DE PROVENCE is shipped in a vacuum-sealed bag with a 3-month shelf life. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume within 5 days of opening.

ADVICE: Once opened, DO NOT store it in its plastic bag. Instead, wrap it in parchment paper (ideal) or place it in a slightly open container so it can breathe; it is a living product. Doing this will extend its natural shelf life!
